Industrial and commercial areas are constantly increasing in size, and applications are becoming ever more specific. Hako’s new Scrubmaster B400 R Series meets the requirements associated with large-scale tasks. Both the new scrubber-driers and vacuum sweeper & scrubber-drier combi machines ensure long, uninterrupted working, with high area performances of up to 14,000 m2/h thanks to large 400-litre solution and recovery tanks, and a maximised battery capacity provided by the optional battery changing system. The new product series offers a particularly wide range of application options through three different machine variants, 3-disc-brush units available in working widths of 123 cm and 155 cm, sophisticated extras as a standard, as well as numerous individually selectable options and tools for more efficiency, flexibility and occupational safety.

The Scrubmasters of Hako’s B400 R Series can be equipped with an electronically modulating X-AC front and rear drive, which provides improved traction in cleaning mode. Our X-AC variants can effortlessly clean ramps and inclines of up to 15% without any loss of performance. This makes it easy to plan and carry out cleaning jobs in application areas with level surfaces as well as ascending and descending surfaces, such as multi-storey parking garages. Additional manual cleaning of ramps is not necessary – this saves both time and costs.
The Scrubmaster B400 R Series comprises three variants: the vacuum sweeper and scrubber-drier combi machine Scrubmaster B400 RH with high dump, the vacuum sweeper and scrubber-drier combi machine Scrubmaster B400 RM for manual emptying, and the scrubber-drier Scrubmaster B400 R.
The Scrubmaster B400 RH with high dump is the perfect choice for environments where plenty of coarse dirt regularly accumulates, e.g. in production or exhibition halls. Equipped with a 150-litre dirt hopper, the vacuum sweeper and scrubber-drier combi machine can cope with large amounts of coarse dirt. Larger pieces of debris can be picked up by hand and thrown into the dirt hopper manually through the integrated coarse dirt flap.
Dumping the dirt hopper contents directly into waste containers at a height of up to 165 cm (high dump) has two major benefits: It saves time thanks to the automated disposal of large amounts of dirt; and it prevents the operator from coming into contact with the contents.
Yet another benefit: Hako’s innovative side broom jacket Dust Stop (option) reduces the development of dust and fine particulates during dry sweeping by up to 90% when compared to working with conventional side brooms, which protects both the immediate environment and, for instance, goods stored on shelves against rising dust. In addition, the negative impact of fine particulates on the operator’s health is reduced significantly.
In environments with normal to high levels of coarse dirt, the Scrubmaster B400 RM plays its trump cards to the full. Coarse dirt is collected during dry sweeping to clear the path for the brushes and enable thorough wet cleaning. After the cleaning job is done, the dirt hopper can be quickly and easily emptied by hand.
After the cleaning job is done, the Take-it-Easy dirt hopper system of the Scrubmaster B400 RM allows uncomplicated removal and emptying of the two 44-litre dirt hoppers without the operator coming in contact with their contents.

With its high area performance and small turning circle, the compact scrubber-drier Scrubmaster B400 R reliably provides clean floors.
The Scrubmaster B400 R is extremely compact and enables complete U-turns in aisles as small as 230 cm. And our 155-cm-working-width variant is a real timesaver when it
comes to cleaning aisles of up to 3 metres: One pass up and back down the aisle is sufficient to provide excellent cleaning results.
Where coarse dirt or light debris accumulates in addition to dust and dirt, or for areas that require pre-cleaning, the quick-connect system (option) provides uncomplicated upgrading of the Scrubmaster B400 R with additional tools.
